For the parents, teachers and organisers making it all happen. Here’s what to have ready before the foam arrives.
Room to play.
A clear outdoor area of at least 20 × 20 feet is recommended. Larger groups need more space. Tell us about the surface and we’ll confirm the setup.
Water + power.
An outdoor water faucet and a standard power outlet within approximately 50 feet of the setup area. We bring hoses and extension cords.
A little head start.
We typically need about 25 minutes to set up. Share your access arrangements and site requirements before the event.
Will everyone get wet?
Yes. Wear swimwear or comfortable clothes that can get wet, and bring a towel and a change of clothes. Shoes or sandals are recommended, as the ground may be slippery.
What’s included?
Professional foam equipment, music and DJ-style hosting, plus setup and takedown. The precise setup and party length depend on the package you choose and are confirmed with your event details.
Can you handle a larger event?
Yes. We plan custom foam setups for festivals, municipal celebrations, campus events and corporate family events. Tell us the expected attendance, location and schedule so we can prepare a suitable quote.
What about supervision and event suitability?
Let us know who will attend, any access needs and how your event will be supervised. We’ll discuss a suitable setup and responsibilities with you. Due to insurance restrictions, we cannot provide foam parties for adult-only alcohol events.
What happens if the weather changes?
Contact us to discuss the conditions and your event plan. We’ll confirm the weather arrangements and applicable booking terms with you before your party.
Does the enquiry reserve my date?
No. The form sends a booking request, not a confirmed reservation. We’ll confirm availability, your event details, pricing and the next steps before your booking is confirmed.
